Are there holiday apartments in Dresden with self check-in?
Yes, all Gleam apartments offer digital self check-in via Nuki. You receive your personal access code before arrival and enter contact-free — no reception, no key handover.
Can I book at short notice?
Yes, bookings are possible until shortly before arrival. All check-in details are sent automatically before you arrive.
How does check-out work?
Simple and without a fixed appointment. You'll receive the exact steps before departure.
Can I book directly instead of through a platform?

Location & Getting Around
Where in Dresden are the apartments located?
The apartments are in western Dresden, mostly in the HafenCity district and close to the Elbe, with the Elbe cycle path within walking distance. Two apartments are in Pieschen, on the edge of the Neustadt district.
How far is Dresden's Old Town?
From the riverside apartments, the Old Town, Semperoper and Frauenkirche are about 25 to 30 minutes on foot along the Elbe cycle path. The tram is an alternative.
Which apartments have parking?
Promenadenquartier, Beletage, Art Déco and Marina Garden have an underground parking space. The Green II apartment in Pieschen has its own parking space. Stadtquartier and Green I do not have their own parking.
Are the apartments well connected by public transport?
Yes, tram and bus stops are nearby, with connections to the Old Town and the main station.

How many guests can stay in an apartment?
Most apartments accommodate up to 4 guests. The two apartments in Pieschen (Green I and Green II) are designed for 2 guests. The exact occupancy is listed on each apartment page.
Which apartments have ceiling cooling?
Promenadenquartier and Marina Garden feature quiet ceiling cooling — pleasant on hot summer days and noticeably quieter than a conventional air conditioner.
Is a travel cot for children available?
Marina Garden, Green I and Green II come with a travel cot as standard. In the HafenCity apartments (Promenadenquartier, Beletage, Art Déco, Stadtquartier) we provide a baby cot and high chair on request — please mention it when booking.
What amenities do the apartments include?
Fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, high-quality linens and towels, heated towel rail. Details vary by apartment.
